I specialize in cultural responsiveness, customer satisfaction, and professional collaboration; however, I can accommodate most requests with enough preparation time. I readily establish trust, and I can coach professionals with confidence and alacrity.
Novice Leadership Mentoring
I develop and implement targeted mentoring programs focused on novice leaders and new teachers, such as Classroom Café, providing pedagogical strategies and resources for improving teacher retention and efficacy. Over 44% of my leadership participants have successfully transitioned to administrative positions.
